We have just had our bathroom upgraded by Preston-Fleming plumbers Limited, “What a transformation!” they really did a great job. The staff and management were professional, courteous and sympathetic towards our needs. The workers were timeous, very professional with their work and always cleaned up after themselves. I would certainly recommend them to anyone I know. Good Job well done guys.

Absolutely first class service from Preston, reported a faulty boiler to him and asked for a replacement quotation. He visited the flat that day and we were provided with a written quotation on same day, the quotation included 3 options for various boilers and guarantee levels.

Our client who owns the flat made an instant decision and the boiler was fitted the following day. It really doesn't get any better than this, absolute top service from Preston and Company.. would be happy to recommend all day long.

I have recently used Preston and his professional team once again to service and maintain my boiler and central heating system. The two friendly engineers turned up withing 15 minutes of myself being contacted by Preston himself to ask if the time was suitable. With restrictions of COVID the two engineers arrived protected with masks as well as being well presented with the company logo proudly on display inspiring confidence by being willing to put a stamp on their work. Upon completion of the work, they cleared up behind themselves leaving no residue and cleaned down their area of work without asking. It was also great that a company turns up prompt these days. Ask yourself how many times you have waited on deliveries recently only to be told they are delayed again and again. Preston and his team have always delivered on time and at very competitive prices with exceptional aftercare with their warranty packages once the manufacturer guarantee expires. I would recommend them to anyone and have done in the past and those have not been disappointed either. Believe me when I say I always look for better deals elsewhere with all my home utilities and services and I have used Preston Fleming Plumbing & Heating since 1993 so that speaks for itself. Keep up the good work.

My central heating system broke down and I called Preston Fleming who sent out their engineers the following afternoon. Within an hour they had rectified the fault. So far so good.
Once the system was working one of the team asked if they could check that the radiators in my house were warming up. Unfortunately the young man wasn’t wearing a face mask. When challenged he replied that he had left it behind. Luckily I had a spare which he then used.
When the engineers had left I checked the basement where the boiler is located. To my annoyance I discovered that what I assumed to be water that had been draining off had been mopped up using one of my towels. Needless to say I wasn’t asked if they could use the towel; had they asked I would have given them kitchen roll or an old towel. Realistically if draining off water from the system is routine, then they should have made provision for this as a matter of course.
The above two matters are relatively trivial. When I reported the matter, I received only a cursory apology, and rather than conclude my annoyance the person on the other end of the phone simply said, “Yeah, bye”.
My conclusion is that although the repair was carried out, professionalism was well below acceptable standards. By all means use this company but supervise the workforce.

Have been using this company for the past 3 years and they are always friendly, efficient, tidy and respectful of timelines. The most recent work was swapping the kitchen into the dining room and connecting new radiatorsii. It’s an old house so things are never straight forward. I’m really impressed with how fast and smooth the work has gone. Thank you!

Preston, James and their team were recommended to me by a family member. They have been first class from start to finish. Firstly they installed a new boiler, the hole process was effortless and faultless. I am delighted with the improvement it has made to our home.

More recently they undertook the renovation of our tired old shower room. This has now been spectacularly transformed into something special.
