We have been using GM Douglas for the past year and the service has been fantastic.
Their response time is superb, the communication and information you are supplied with is second to none and most importantly the work has been done to an extremely high standard and at a competitive price! Highly recommend them!

We recently contacted G M Douglas when our regular engineers became unavailable. We required 4 x gas safety certificates at short notice. The GMD engineer contacted us en route as agreed with an eta and arrived on time. He was polite, professional and knowledgeable. All 4 checks were carried out thoroughly and within the time frame anticipated. Following the work the engineer cleaned up after himself before leaving. Suffice to say we are thoroughly impressed with the service given.

We've used G M Douglas a couple of times for call outs to our office. They have always turned up when they said they would and carried out the necessary work to a high degree of satisfaction and at a very reasonable price.
I would have no qualms in recommending these guys to anyone.

We had a problem with a dripping kitchen tap. We telephoned in the morning, GM Douglas sent out an engineer the very same afternoon to fix it. We received a text message informing us that the engineer was enroute. Great service, we would highly recommend GM Douglas.

Have used many plumbers in the past & usually always dread that inevitable bad service but the team at GM Douglas are a breath of fresh air. Punctuality, quality workmanship and consistent courtesy and communication shine through. Have now used multiple times & would strongly recommend.

I have used GM Douglas Plumbing and Heating for the last year and have found them efficient, quick to respond and have sorted out any issues in minimum time. I have referred to others due to their excellent service and will continue to do so.

Boiler service cancelled once by them, next appointment they tried to rearrange but I wasn't available at another time. Then after waiting in 40 mins noone turned up.Rang them to be told I should have been told it could be any time after 4pm. I was never told this. Only giving 2 stars because one of the first ladies I spoke to was very helpful.

I can't rate GM Douglas highly enough. We have used them on a number of occassions over the last year both for minor issues on our own property and for a couple of our rental properties. No job is too small, they come when they say they will and they leave the place immaculate afterwards. A very professional organisation that are friendly, helpful and efficient.
