Called Mr.Roberts at 9.30 as we had a blocked toilet in our store, he was here within 2 hours. Fast, Very friendly and professional. Would recommend to everyone. Thank you again.

Nice to talk to a person when I phoned,(the wife answered the phone).Mr Roberts arrived on time, replaced the waste pipe assembly then obligingly diagnosed and fixed a longstanding "noisy hot water pipe" problem on the spot. Excellent. Recommend to anyone.
