We have used Mr Hughes as our plumber of choice on a number of jobs in the house.

Theses ranged from a serious leak on the water main; installing a shower tray; service of an aging water boiler and most recently the complete installation of a replacement central heating boiler.

We hired Stuart to install a replacement central heating boiler in the house.
This happened across the Covid -19 closure delaying work until it was safe for us all, to go ahead.

All these jobs performed were first class, very efficient , very clean, and completed quickly.

The most recent job, the central heating boiler replacement. worked perfectly first time with the new thermostat giving instant control.

Mr Hughes always demonstrates his skills and knowledge by completing jobs really efficiently .

Great service at a reasonable price. Stuart was polite and professional, arrived on time and worked hard through the week installing my new shower, sink and toilet. He worked around my dad and I tiling, and navigated some of the weirdness of the plumbing that my old house has, and all in all did a great job. Thank you, Stuart.

I needed help with fixing the gas boiler that wasn’t working - I rang up to ask for help yesterday pm and this morning 9.00 am Stuart arrived to fix it , he repaired the problem within 20 mins, gave me advice on how to increase the water pressure for next time - Very helpful, professional and good value - highly reccomend.

Stuart carried out a full bathroom renovation - from helping me design a workable layout in the space; recommending the fixtures and fittings; arranging and coordinating with the electrician, plasterer and tiler; and carrying out the actual plumbing work - installing the new shower tray, shower, screen, sink and vanity, toilet and wet towel rail. Very clear discussion about timescales and costs at the outset, and nothing hidden or added unexpectedly (even though there were several problems that needed fixing as work progressed). I would not hesitate to recommend Stuart to anyone else who needed a bathroom fitting and expect to ask him to do a few more jobs around the house over the next year.

We found Stuart on Google search for our North Wales flat. We needed to amend some plumbing work for installation of bidet sprays for both bathrooms. It turned out to be such a tricky job. He is one of the most professional, reliable, responsive and helpful persons we have ever worked with. We couldn't believe our luck we found such a professional by chance. His attention to details is exceptional and his plumbing knowledge is excellent. We will be calling him again for any plumbing needs in the future and we would highly recommend him.

Stuart put a new central heating system into our apartment. He was very obliging and carried out a very neat job. He came as promised and we are very satisfied with the job he did. We would recommend him to anyone looking for a plumber.

Stuart was excellent all round kept to a work schedule was very knowledgeable. He installed a new boiler and replaced all the old pipe work which was old and rusty and meant he had to work in the loft which was around 35 degrees. He also took out all the old tanks and immersion heater Lovely fella hard worker and very reasonably priced would use again and would highly recommend

Stu fitted our beautiful bathroom which I love, he’s serviced our boiler, fitted an outdoor tap and fitted a new shower for my Mum (she’s not online and able to leave a review).
