Martin came to my rescue after being scammed by a cowboy plumber. Within 24hrs of contacting he was able to come out and start the job. He was very professional and understanding, working quickly to correct the previous plumbers mistakes and finish the job. I would thoroughly recommend and only wish I had phoned him first.

But seriously....... Really helpful. Came promptly when he said he would. Explained everything at each stage and tidied up after himself (rare in my experience of tradespeople!). Highly recommended 😊

Had several jobs carried out for an 82yr old lady with dementia by this man. No invoices given for payments totalling over £700. Still issues with boiler. Called British Gas....their engineer serviced boiler and stated clearly the boiler had not been serviced. The first job by m crossley was to service the boiler. The air exchange had no pressure in it. The mag clean was covered in dirt. The only thing they said was that chemicals had been added. I have asked several times for the receipts but his only response was he would send them and would I do a review. Well here's the review....send the receipts. Also to finish off Conwy Trading Standards are aware and hopefully will investigate in the New Year. I hold the power of attorney for the lady in question and write this as an accurate account of what has occurred.

Martin always provides a quality service and is very experienced. He looks rougher than grizzly Adams but his plumbing is smooth!

I text Martin to help with a leak in our loft from one of our tanks and he was round within a few hours to take a look and fitted a replacement. He was professional, knowledgeable and friendly.

Martin came this morning to fit a new boiler for me, I went along with his reccomendation and very glad I did as this guy really knows his stuff. He managed to fit the boiler in such a way that my new kitchen tiles were not disturbed too. I would say that for first rate service and an honest opinion then Martin should be your first port of call. ...Love how smoothly this boiler runs and hot running water at last!! should have called him sooner!
