I had a new boiler fitted, they were able to get the job booked in quickly. Very friendly and efficient service. They talked me through the new system and the steps they were taking and left everything tidier than when they arrived! Have a much more efficient boiler now and piece of mind. Clearly know what they're doing and made sure that my smart thermostat was wired correctly and working with the new system as well.

I called Nathan as I needed a new boiler. He came to the house within the hr to talk through everything. He made it very clear and explained exactly what the job involved. The quote was sent within the hour and he was booked in.

He and his team completed the job and left the place very tidy. Nathan then spent time to show us everything and explained everything about the boiler.

He then spent time talking to us and advising us about radiators and bathrooms etc. Nothing was too much trouble. Nathan and his team also sorted us out with hot water tap which wasn't expected as the house is in full renovation. Yet again going above and beyond.

We will certainly be using Nathan and his team for the installation of radiators and bathroom fitting.

Really great quality work done on both occasions. The bathroom cabinet was fitted really neatly and they managed to put in some new taps on my bath even though it was a very tricky spot to get to. They also replaced my boiler and were able to come in very quickly to do the job. Very happy with all the work they’ve done and they’re always very quick to respond to communications.

I called NJ Harcus for a dripping problem.
He replied promptly, visited the next day, checked the pipe and fixed the minor, as it appeared, problem easily and extra fast without any charge.
