We had a stress-full experience with this Man. Bad attitude, zero respect and doesn’t liked to be asked anything about his work. Had windows done by this man which are so bad another company has to replace them, cracks and poorly fitted. My shower tray had movement. When asked can this be sorted he promised it was normal. We had a second opinion and was told it would cause future problems.
He accused us of bullying him because we dare asked about his work. Electrics were all over the place huge fire risk.
I do not recommend you waste money on this man. He will have every excuse under the son for this and that. Most hours work we had were 4 hours.

We are so pleased with our gorgeous front door and tiling in the entrance hall. John is friendly, reliable and takes pride in his work. I would not hesitate to recommend him. We will be asking him to upgrade our bathroom shortly.

J W bathrooms gives an amazing service. Excellent quality. Listened to our requests and is completely professional. We have used him for a few jobs and he always goes out of his way to help us and will always do everything he can and more for his clients. I would highly recommend him. Fantastic

After reading these reviews from other dissatisfied people I felt I needed to share my experience with John.
Firstly I always felt as a customer I was able to say if I wasn’t happy or comfortable with something. John doesn’t allow this. He will shut you down and does not listen.
I wasn’t happy with 80% of what he did and was scared to say anything for fear of his outbursts. I would suggest people shop around and don’t settle for this..

ExceThis man helped us when in need as others on here would not even attempt the job as they were not prepared for the work So grateful recomend to any one.llent v est possible
