Don’t use this bloke. He has not got a clue what he is doing.
Just had to rip out a shower stray etc as he had installed push fit connections to water pipes underneath it and hadn’t even tightened them up so they have been leaking for 10 months.

Cost of putting this right £1800.

Numerous other faults with the work he did.

I've used Keith several times this year to address plumbing issues at my home I've recently purchased. Over the last year Keith has provided plumbing to my utility room, changed my water tank ball valve, replaced my shower pump and fitting a new cast iron radiator. His service is excellent and is at a good price.

Update 12.09.22 Keith came again when my boiler started losing pressure and malfunctioning . He diagnosed a leak and was very conscientious in locating and repairing it. I am so impressed that he came at such short notice and was so thorough. He also charged a very fair price. I've recommended Keith to all my neighbours.

My cistern was starting to stick, it would keep flowing into the bowl instead of switching off, wasting lots of water. I thought of looking at YouTube and doing it myself, but on this occasion, I’m glad I didn’t, and called in a professional instead. With his wet and dry vac, Keith emptied the cistern without any spillage. The bolts had corroded and need to be cut off and replaced. Besides obtaining and fitting the dual flush and fill valve, the job took various odds and ends, including extra bolts and wing nuts, fixings, and washers. This would have taken me several trips back and forth to B&Q, but Keith had all the bits. It also turns out the toilet had never been fixed to the floor, so Keith used some mastic to solve that. I am handy enough to have worked through this, but it was very good to have someone who knows what they are doing to take care of the hassle. Before leaving, Keith asked if there was anything else he could help with. I showed him my ageing bath taps. He suggested I replace them. He said he could source and replace them if I wanted, but realising I know my way around a wrench he gave me some advice and tips and left it with me. On reflection, knowing how awkward it is to get to the taps under the bath, I will be calling Keith in. He has the specialist tools and experience, and I will get the peace-of-mind that it has been done right. I am very happy with the quality of Keith’s work. He turned up on time, got on with it, did a good job, and left the place clean and tidy.

Despite me not having any idea what was wrong with my shower, he knew exactly what to do and had it up and running smoothly in no time.

We had two wall mounted boilers with faulty pipework and some badly corroded components. Several plumbers had promised to sort it out but never turned up. Keith came at the time he promised and suggested that 2 boilers was one too many for our system. He re-piped the system and the cost was reduced. He also fixed a faulty toilet. He gave us a discount because we are a charity - much appreciated! He was punctual, friendly and efficient, so we would definitely recommend him.
