I had a previous quote from another drainage specialist of £3000 for drains replacement so I contacted TT for a quote and they did the job and an extra 1meter for £1194. The guys were on time, helpful by taking pictures for me though out the process and left me back garden in a tidy state after removing and replacing all the old grounds.

I will be using them again for my rental property business and highly recommend them.

Asked for a toilet repair on a Saturday, no quote given. Arrived and didn’t seem to know exactly what they needed to do. Left the property twice to ‘get parts’ yet still didn’t finish the job. Put the toilet back but left a mess and the lid of the cistern in the sink. Advised us to use pans to wash away the waste and he’d be back on Monday. Left one part at the property. When we contacted to complain, we were told even if we cancelled we’d have to pay in full whether we cancelled or not. The total invoiced was over £150.no paperwork given to sign.
In the end we bought a toilet from screw fix, removed the old toilet which they said they needed ‘specialist parts’ to do so and we fitted the new one ourselves using YouTube to help us.
We paid the bill to save hassle but wouldn’t recommend these people at all to anyone. Very disappointed.

I am very very pleased with the service I have received from this firm. My drain blockage was cleared in minutes by the very capable Trevor. I highly recommend this company.

They did a great job had three big holes dug in garden to replace mains water pipe looking at garden now you would know they've been here both lads worked hard and polite

If his inconsiderate parking of his van and blocking up traffic while he gets his chips on double yellow lines is anything to go by then no I definitely wouldn’t recommend
No work was being carried out if you read the review above he was getting chips and thought it was highly amusing that the traffic couldn’t get passed

Trevor did a great job of unblocking our drains. He arrived quickly and sorted the job out within the hour! Would definitely use the company again. Thank you!

worst company for call out - over charged- never answer the phone - the engineer was great and did do the job however I would not use the company again and have told friends and family to avoid at all cost - also charged me 2 hours for a job that took 1 hour 3 mins ! i would understand if it was 1 hour 25 or 30 but 3 i did pay but would never use again i would recommend CSS

Arrived promptly.
Rob was pleasant, courteous and efficient and tried very hard to rectify the problem. Carl and Phil were equally helpful, efficient and gave good advice. Drain was sorted. Would definitely use them again.
