Rhydian has been great. He came to fix a small leak coming from a compression fitting on a trv I'd DIY installed, he spliced on some new pipe and refitted it all in a timely manner and a very reasonable price. He was very polite and courteous, his quality standards are excellent and he made sure I was happy before he left the job.
He's been back since to move some pipes around for new sized radiators around the house and I'll definitely use him again when needed

Over the moon with our boiler and cylinder replacement by Rhydian. A relatively big job over 5 days and I cannot understate how incredibly impressed I was with the quality of his work and the pride he takes in getting every aspect of the job absolutely right. His professionalism, attention to detail and focus on doing the right thing is first class.

He kept us informed of progress at each stage of the installation, ensuring that we understood the process. Nothing was too much trouble for him, all work was carried out with care and the house was always left clean and tidy after each day.

Rhydian isolated and removed an old Gas fire for me as part of a renovation. Highly recommended - good communication in organising the work and he showed up on time, worked in a very clean way and I’m very happy with the standard of what he did. Will be calling him for more plumbing work as the renovation continues.

I can’t recommend R James Plumbing and Heating Ltd highly enough. We had a new boiler and cylinder installed and were blown away by the neatness and quality of the work undertaken. The consultation process to determine the best solution, for our needs, was simple and comprehensive. Not only was their work meticulous but they took great care to protect the house from mess whilst they worked. Nice to know some real craftsmen still exist out there!

I have used Rhydian several times for services ranging from boiler servicing and repairs, to fixing showers and rerouting pipework under the sink when installing new appliances. The quality of his work is second to none, and I have never had any issues following his work. He is reliable and quotes fair prices, and is meticulous in his approach. He also will not leave until the work is done to the highest standard. Rhydian is the only plumber I use, and I cannot recommend him highly enough!
