Had a new gas cooker connected by these guys, it took no more than 20 mins. I paid them the money and they said they would e mail me a receipt and drop a certificate through the door that evening. Two weeks on i still have not received any , i e mailed twice and had no answer off them. I phoned them on the Friday and the guy said he would drop the paperwork off at the house on Saturday, again i received nothing. I do not think they had any intention of giving paperwork. I needed a receipt as proof the cooker was connected by a qualified gas engineer. I now feel i was ripped off by this Company.

Responded very promptly to a boiler emergency after BG service contract failed to deliver. Replaced worn out part and got the boiler working again. Kept me fully informed on price of part and timescale, and all done at very fair rates. Highly recommended.

Our boiler broke down and British Gas unable to attend for 2 weeks despite the package we had. Noble gas responded that afternoon got the boiler working to keep us going for a couple of days until they could get the part needed to repair the boiler. The boiler was repaired a couple of days later would use them again without a second thought.

Reliable and quick. Such a professional service and I would recommend to everyone. Nothing is ever a problem and the polite and happy attitude is what we can only crave when having tradespeople in your home. Wish there was a higher rating to give!
