We had a problem with our heating system caused from a poor instalition from advanced heating Wales.
I called ad gas, they came and looked at the problem and fixed the issue in a matter of hours. Clearly a Very professional and experienced team somewhat different to the other cow boys. (Advanced heating Wales don't go near them!!!)

Top class service, I would highly recommend to everyone who needs a plumber. I woke this morning my boiler was pouring water all over units and floor from a cracked pipe. I could have cried.I left a message with ads Wales Office and within minutes the manager called me back and arranged a swift response. I couldn’t believe it with 15 mins they arrived in fact with an hour of me reporting the fault, it was fixed. Thanks ads

Absolutely disgusting service thank god I wasn't paying these guys to come to my property (contractors for my landlord). If I was paying myself I would have taken you to trading standards. Left my family including a ten month old baby without heating for 3 days despite having been asked to attend our property in 24 hours. Engineers sent to property that we were told by your own receptionist was unqualified to do the job he was sent. No offer for emergency heating. Just a bunch of Absolute untrained cowboys. At least I know to avoid this company at all costs now when I buy my own property. And thank you for soaking my brand new carpet while bleeding my radiator 👍

Disgustingly rude over the phone. Whoever the woman is who rings needs retraining or to choose another job.

Wanted me to confirm an appointment to come and move plug sockets and switches down the wall a few cm.

This would apparently mean ripping up my living room floor but "is not their responsibility to replace"
