We called Daniel out to our office for a minor job. Seemed a nice guy, did a great job. Literally a few hours after the job Daniel texted my colleague demanding payment stating the amount owed. He was asked to submit an invoice to which he declined. Accounts manager was informed and began the process of a BACS payment. The next day Daniel harassed my colleague yet again threatening to come and rip out the work he had done at the office if he wasn't paid immediately. He was told that the payment was in process and that it would take a couple of days to reach his account. He has since stepped up his threats on a daily basis, even more aggressively, to come to the office and rip everything out. Not professional at all. We wont be using this company again!
