They are not old photos, I’m taking you to a small claim s court, the plumbing was terrible and the floor was not even secured down, the pipe burst and flooded my kitchen which my ill wife spent all Saturday cleaning, you came back 3 times to fix things and then asked why did we not ask you back a fourth time, once again these are not old photos and 18 months after and still have problems, a new bathroom should last more than 18 months. You have ripped me and my family off!!!! I will post new pictures as I have to have all the floor up and plumbing redone. See you in court!!!!!!!!!!!!

The before photos posted were from Dec 20 the date you carried out the work on our property not 18 months ago. If you were not confident carrying out the work you should not of taken the job on, or priced accordingly or you could of advised us at any time if you hadn’t factored in costs for unexpected instances.
If your workmanship was up to scratch why did you have to come back on more than one occasion to fix leaks on brand new pipe work you had installed ( shower and toilet). There were other issues to, like being unable to open the bathroom window. When I had a third leak under a brand new bath to which I couldn’t get access to as the bath panel had been siliconed on, I lost faith and I asked someone else to carry out the repair ,after all we are human and can only take so many “errors”
Customers like us, by that I assume you mean hard working individuals. We are not plumbers we put our faith in you to do a good job. Oh yes you did give us £100 towards the repair of my kitchen ceiling.
