Come out and had alook at what needed to be done we had a leak coming through the roof and said there was nothing wrong and guess what the tiles wasnt on the roof tidy and it just got worse then he was willing to come change the pipes on radiators the day he was due he gave an excuse so the following day we called him as he said he would come up and dont think he realised he answered the phone talking to someine saying that he doesnt want to do the work because we are 2 lesbian

Used John a few times to repair our aging boiler,replace pump,sensors etc usual parts that go every so often.John is always friendly and very fair on his prices.Parts he used were genuine Vaillant and he showed them to me in the sealed packaging before fitting.Nice to have hot water again.Thanks John
