Not impressed. There was little thought put into the job which lead to problems. It was necessary to get two other sets of workmen in to complete what was started and fix issues. Disappointed. Also caused trouble on site and bad communication.

Extremely poor after sales service. Also I am still waiting for receipts for work completed in August although they have been requested on numerous occasions. We had leaks on both the toilet and the boiler. Jason advised the toilet required a new part, really it was a new toilet, it apparently just hadn't been installed correctly as the water pipe was too long but this took Jason a week to sort out.. Jason advised the boiler needed a new pipe but once installed the repair came under the warranty. He would try and get the part and ring me later that day to let me know. I didn't hear anything for 2 days so I rung Vailiant who came out the same day. It didn't need a new pipe, just a tap had been left open when it was installed. If I don't get my receipts I will be going to trading standards. Sorry Jason I would just like my receipts please.

Jason was called to provide a quote as we required a boiler replacing in a rental property as our tenant had no hot water. The old boiler was old and parts were end of life so Jason quoted us a very competitive price for the replacement and undertook the job which was challenging. The existing flue was very badly fitted so he had to rectify this (extra half day) in addition to the boiler install.
Also, he has fitted a wireless thermostat (no thermostat in place) so my tenant is able to control heating from outside the home, something she was very happy with as she has a new baby.
My tenant confirmed that Jason arrived bang on time (didn't know that happens anymore), was professional and courteous and if it hadn't been for the additional flue work, he would have finished the work within a day....exceptional service!! Thanks, Ceri

Needed an emergency plumber at short notice due to going through a water pipe. Jason from JJ plumbing was recommended and he didnt disappoint, came out
within 30mins and job cost half of what I would have expected to pay for an emergency call out on a Sunday. Definately would recommend & will use again.

Friendly and professional plumber. Completed a small job to move some heating pipes as required and cleaned up once finished . Reasonable price for the time the job had taken. Would use again.

Contacted JJ for the first time on Monday am. - 6 hours later had paid for the job done!!! (fitting of two replacement radiators ) Very helpful, offered sound advice where needed and did a good job. Very pleased and will certainly use them again.

Called jj vickers for help with our boiler after tryed 10-15other no heisation he helped over the phone 2 times and we got the boilder going again. Definitely call him again if we need help
