Contacted one of your recommended plumbers (Norfolk Heating,Norwich)to get a quote to repair mains water leak on my property. A gentleman called and looked at the problem and sent me a quote the next day. I contacted them about their quotation as I regarded it rather high, and was informed that this was a worse case scenario and if the repair was less serious then the invioce would be adjusted accordingly. Agreed to this and the next day work began. It took less than two and a half hours on site to complete and I had to lend my tools to complete the work. And low and behold the invioce arrived for the full amount. This has been resolved after contacting the company but I can not and will not recommend them to anyone.

I found Alan McBride (London & Surrey Water Services) on the Thames Water Named [Approved] Plumbers list and I’m very glad I did. A calm, pleasant and reassuring presence, he turned up early for his appointment and made replacing a leaking supply pipe under our Victorian house in West London seem like a simple task, causing the minimum of disruption as he did so. I found him to be extremely knowledgeable (especially on water piping issues), professional and well worth his five-star ratings. He even reduced his invoice because part of his quotation didn’t need to be done. Honest and caring, Alan restores your faith in humankind. He would make an excellent consultant for some astute company.

Quality, competent, trustworthy and reliable

I used Barry Brennan Moling services. Barry contacted me the same day and carried out an initial inspection of the leak. We required a new water main feed from the meter and Barry and his team were able to do that quickly for my tenants and get them back up and running. Digging multiple holes and then making good afterwards, the repair was excellent. Will use again if I have need.
