Replaced shower unit with a new one and fixed a ball valve problem in the water tank. The ball valve was incredibly difficult to access due to the small space the tank is kept in.

Both Dan Jones and his co-worker were excellent. Highly efficient at their work, patient and generally nice people to have working in your house.

They left the work areas spotless. I highly recommend using Splash. Very impressed.

We contacted Splash as we were running low on water and they were offering delivery of 1000 litres of water. Water was free, just going to charge for delivery. We just got the invoice, £240! We only live 16 miles away. This is clearly profiteering. I am always happy to pay for a service, just feel totally ripped off.

Chris and his team did a really excellent job, changing over our water system, hot water and central heating alterations. Kept us informed, treated our house with respect and came the day after completion to talk us through the changes. Highly recommended.

Have to say I was very impressed with the service I received last week to fix a faulty towel rail. The problem was unusual but with perseverance the Engineer found it and fixed it.
I can't recommend him enough, he was polite, friendly, punctual and knowledgeable, sorry I didn't get his name but he was a lovely young man and a credit to his employer.

Chris was honest and more than helpful and although we couldn't use his plumbing skills, his positive advice was really apreciated.

Couple of weeks ago 8am ish, after doing a night shift as a nurse, pulling out slowly of place of work checking to see if my way was clear, along comes a splash plumbing van blasting his horn, giving me rude hand gestures and clearly shouting at me. Gob smacked. My colleague was also with me we were just…. WHAT!!! The road both ways, apart from the young bearded splash man was totally clear. Ironically printed on the back doors was friendly family business!! Hmm not so sure , this was hopefully a one off but just soooo unnecessary rite??

Worst plumbers I have ever used. Charged me £54 to misdiagnose the fault on my Worcester boiler for which they are supposed to be Agents. Charged me £54 for a 20 minute visit. When I queried the amount I was told that their hourly rate was £67.50 plus VAT so I had a reduced amount now pay up or get taken to court.
