Terrible customer service !
Left standing at counter waiting to be served while staff continued at length with their trivial conversation from the comfort of their chairs.
Once eventually, unenthusiastically acknowledged and purchase completed, instructed to "help myself" in loading heavy material into vehicle with employee looking on, arms folded.
An attempt of some service might encourage return custom and certainly help with staff physique.
With so much competition around, our company will certainly not be returning.

Went in there to replace a duel flush valve that came with a bathroom suit from there 2 years ago and was told they are obsolete now (2 inch outlet) and couldn’t help even though I spent £2000 in there for 2 bathrooms and suggested all I can do is get a new Cistern . so I went up to pro plumb and bought one off the shelf and when o asked if they are hard to get he was amazed and told me they were used all the time so I had terrible after sales service and absolutely no satisfaction

Pre-ordered so was quick and easy to collect.
