Best place around for all plumbing and drainage parts, really helpful owner and open nearly all hours. Really helped us out during first lockdown when everything was closed, essential boiler parts! Can’t recommend them enough, competitive prices too. We always drive over to them as they have everything you need, mostly in stock or available next day and are so helpful.

I bought a Thermostat from Abtap - Watford, but my plumber realised that we were after a wireless model. So I took it back the next day in the original package for an exchange of product, but the store manager refused to take the product back, saying it has been opened. My plumber opened it for a minute and I immediately packed it back with the same plastic cover and box. How else can we know what is inside??The store manager was very rude and just refused to take it back stating that it had been opened and he does not care. I wonder if the normal consumer rights do not apply to this store. Very disappointed! They do not bother to even consider a customer problem.

Not sure I want to tell anyone else cos it's already a bit to popular with the many happy plumbing firms , small van men to ten vans! I'm never stuck with these lads and Phil the Bill ..... Abtap great stuff.

Can highly recommend this plumbers merchants based in Watford and open until 8pm! They are honest and reliable and excellent service. They even offer you tea when your at your whits end standing there in your pyjamas ready to have a breakdown!

Phil & Ali are the best! Got to be the best plumbing store I have discovered period. The opening hours are convenient. Available 7 days a week. They always have the parts that I need. I remember Phil advising me on how to remove the heating element off a immersion tank. He said "you need to give the big spanner a quick and hard hit with a hammer, you need to shock it off". That was priceless information and 20 years on I still remember that advice. Thank you so, so much & see you soon.
