Popped into the showroom following a family recommendation. Came away with brochures. Returned a couple of days later and ordered a full cloakroom suite which was ready for collection two days later. Very honest advice given. Will definitely recommend to anyone wanting a new bathroom and we will certainly be back soon to refit our bathroom and en-suite. Love to shop locally and these guys are amazing

Fantastic plumbers merchants and friendly helpfull staff ...a free chocolate bar with every order over £5 is a good idea that they offer ..
Also the helper with the funny Ankle I found to be a talented singer whilst he was serving me ...ask him for his cover of " under the moon of love : it really can't be missed.

We bought expensive taps from them which have corroded. Told to remove the taps take to shop pick up new taps.
But as we can't get a plumber to come and remove them, then return the same day to connect we were told we'd have to buy the taps!!!! We couldn't pick new ones up and drop old ones off later that day!!!! Not happy is an understatement
