Hawk Heating Supplies

Bit of a mishap with one of the parts. The guys at Hawk heating went above and beyond. Stayed open late for me to replace. Wouldn’t of had any water if not for them.

Absolutely fantastic service. I got in contact with Hawk Bathrooms and was assisted by Skye Kara. I was looking for items for my bathroom, I provided measurements, price range and specified what exactly I was looking for. She was spot on with all her recommendations and able to capture the exact vision I was going for with my bathroom! She provided me more than enough options and communicated with me throughout my busy week, ensuring every aspect of my order was perfect before she went ahead and put in the order. Genuinely the best customer service I have ever received, clear industry knowledge and was very up to date with the latest bathroom trends & offered very reasonable prices! I could not recommend enough!

They seem to have everything in stock since I've been going there. They are priced reasonably and their staff are friendly and reliable.

I've been looking for a part for my old bolier for months and have been to a dozen suppliers within North London. Hawk were the only ones who could source the part and ordered it in.
The staff are very friendly and accommodation, I will now use them for any supply issues!

Raj Kara - what an absolute super star he is. His customer service skills are simply exceptional. I was asked to go to this plumbing shop by my plumber to find a very specific part for my shower. Raj went up and down looking for this part everywhere in the back of his shop, for over 15-20 mins, until he actually found the part that solved my problem - all in the interest of "helping" me. The sum of the parts I bought was no more than £5, the fact that he showed such an interest in solving my issue and ensure I left his business a happy customer is simply out of this world for me. In this day and age people like Raj are a rare commodity. Simply put - go to this business and Raj if you have a problem - he'll do everything in his control to help solve it. I also reached out to him on a 2nd occasion, he promised to get me a price, just for me to price check. He went through the trouble of calling his supplier and get me the price, just like he promised he would, even though he knew I wasn't looking to buy that part. Amazing, selfless, honest and transparent service. Absolutely rare these days. Can't recommend enough. Thanks Raj :-) All the best.

These guys really provide a good service. They helped me to identify a part I couldn't easily find from other local merchants and charged very reasonable prices. I would strongly recommend them for your plumbing parts needs. Unlike screwfix or toolstation these guys know their business and also don't overcharge.
