Pochin

Pochins is the place I always go to first for plumbing as prices are keen, but as important, the staff are helpful and give great advice as they know their stuff. They generally have everything I need, but will go the extra mile to source anything they don't stock at prices competitive with the web. Recommended.

Visited this plumbers merchants as reviews state very knowledgeable staff,but that wasnt what i recived on my visit,not only waited some time to be served and feeling of being ignored while 2 assistants were serving 1 customer only to find when i did get served the assistant could not help me with a simple request for a replacement shower unit said he could not help me but i got the inpression the assistant could not be bothered.I took my custome els where and got exactly what i neededand served by someone who could be bothered.

Excellent service, products and materials at a competitive price. Must point out the service provided by Martin Frost is just superb- Sorts my orders or problems out immediately and without a fuss. First class! Keep up the excellent service 👍

I asked to return a shower tray that didn't fit in the bathroom and they asked for £250 because the packaging was removed. A few months later a fault developed with the shower unit which meant I had cold showers. After 5 weeks of waiting for the issue to be resolved I complained that it was taking too long. Pochin staff responded by saying that they were not responsible and told me to organise a repair myself, despite the shower being purchased only 10 months previously. Normally high quality products but customer service is very very poor.

Martin Frost is a pleasure to deal with, and all the counter staff are always helpful, nothing is ever a problem. Always plenty of stock, and competitive prices.

Very helpful, went out there way to help me find the right part needed off a very rough description as I have no clue, also shown me how to use it 🙈. Great staff and had what I needed would reccomend it to others.
