Brilliant bunch of people. Patient, helpful and friendly. Had a great experience with them all.

As a non trade customer it really depends on who you are as to what type of service you receive. Not exactly welcoming and really expensive if you don't have a trade account. £17.50 for three items that were £4.88 at screwfix.

Its an option if you haven't got the time to shop around but expect to pay through the nose.

Best pluming merchant I've visited, staff are always helpful and the stock levels are always good!
