An extremely pleasing experience dealing with this branch, I was guided on what I needed but never felt a pushy sales tactic. My bathroom had some weird dimensions so there were certain items that wouldn’t fit but others that did. I was completely happy with the service the branch provided me from discussing the products to getting the goods delivered, I would definitely recommend to others.

Mark and the team at Mansfield went above and beyond to rectify an issue we had. We are so grateful for their help, the fact they truly value customer service is admirable and extremely rare in today’s society.

The first time we have used Pochins. Incredible service from Mark and the team, always cheerful and friendly.
Really went above and beyond for service today when we realised we were short of some wall and ceiling boards. Phoned them at 9am and they were delivered by 4.30pm.
