The Footings

In the past my wife and I have visited the footings being treated by Julie the owner of the practice , we also took our daughter on one occasion , we have seen Julie a number of times and she was excellent.
Unfortunately she has reduced her sitting days and brought in other people to cover her days off.
Today my wife called to make an appointment for herself and me , Julie was not there and she was told that today was a half day and tomorrow the practice was closed.
We believe Julie is taking time off to promote her business but this seems to be the wrong way to do it.
Come back Julie our feet need you.

Great result thank you, now able to get my feet out for summer despite the bashing they’ve had in trainers and walking boots over the winter. They feel so much better.

My mum had her feet done here as she had dry skin corne and calluses. Julie was very rude with us. I don't mind rude people if they do their job correctly but once at home my mum still had that tight feeling on her feet, we checked and still LOT of dry skin was remaining on her heels and side of both feet. I called Julie, she didn't pick up the phone I left a message and she didn't call me back either. We used to go to Kay Gilles in Loughborough but she was fully booked so we try this new place and what a disappointment, £30 in the bin. (Appointment on Friday 11/03 at 10 am)

Had a pedicure here and not very impressed by the service. The lady was quite rough on my nails and the end result was quite disappointed ... Music was also too loud will not go again.

Pretty useless. I've been here twice with separate foot issues and she's been no help each time. The first time I thought was fair enough as it was a ligament issue so perhaps just didn't come under her knowledge set.

But the second time was something I know can be treated as my boyfriend has previously had it done in Surrey, but when I went she essentially said she couldn't help and offered to remove a bit of hard skin instead of which I have hardly any anyway. Again, fair enough if she doesn't know how to do something she doesn't, but I did explain my issue over the phone and was still booked in for an appointment rather than being told over the phone she couldn't help and so wasted a lot of my morning.

...also not great with any kind of patient confidentiality according to their reply 😂

Another great experience. I have been going for years and would not go anywhere else. The service I have always received is perfect. Clean, friendly and alway get good advice when needed.
