After having my eyebrows and top lip threaded, top lip is wonderfully smooth. My eyebrows however, don't even look like mine anymore, more like the thin eyebrows of a middle aged woman. I'm only 20 and I have naturally dark, full eyebrows... no makeup is helping me to love my eyebrows again. I wouldn't get my brows done there again. There was no communication on what the client would like, just straight in with the scissors and threading, not once was I asked on my preferences and I had to call her back to do my top lip even though I had asked for it to be done already. Communication DEFINITELY needs work.

Book a consultation for my little girl. I waited for 15 mins, the visit lasted 15 mins when I paid I was charged the full price. If I was to do this with my lessons my customers won't be happy to pay the whole arranged time, neither was I.

Lady that did my foot treatment was rude and insensitive personally.
I’m 19 & can be a worrier and she picked out many things about me (which aren’t even problems to be honest) and almost criticised me. I will be going elsewhere in future.

Rude staff memeber with zero customer service skills.

Customer informed the clinic he was running late 10 minutes prior to the appointment. Customer also apologised for this and confirmed with the clinic that this would have no impact on the appointment. Customer also apologised when he arrived at the store. No bullying or harassment or such behaviour took place. The customer (me) was polite however the podiatrist was rude and slightly aggressive towards me. No paying customer should be treated that way and I decided to leave due to the way I was being treated by the podiatrist. I am shocked and deeply worried by the lies in the response from the clinic but this clearly shows their attitude towards customers.

I have used Letchworth Walkwel Clinic for years and have always received excellent podiatry treatment. The staff are friendly and helpful. I would thoroughly recommend.

Having therapists who do eyebrow threading here is a godsend! Previously had to go into London to get mine done but always go here now, they are so quick and the girls always do a fantastic job. Absolute bargain and they have such a big list of treatments they offer.
