I tried 2 other Podiatrists in the area over the last 12 months and neither made any difference to my problem. On my first visit to WalkWel Sangeeta instantly identified the cause of my problem, gave me a set of exercises to do daily and made up new orthotics for my walking shoes and a separate pair designed to fit my cycle racing shoes.

Four days later I am already noticing an improvement in my stance and flexibility and, for the first time in over a year, I had an hour and a half training ride with no pain.

Hence the 5 stars!

I've been a customer for several years and always experienced great service. I've had several custom made orthotics to manage a painful heel, and, when I recently sprained my ankle, Sangeeta manipulated it back to normal almost miraculously! Highly recommended.

Very professional lady. Used her a few years back. Was spending more time in Harlow so used a chiropodist there. Now more convenient to use a local based chiropodist and booked with Sangeeta whom I know. Recommend her she is good. More expensive but she is thorough and worth paying the extra.

Took my aging mother to Walkwel shoe shop in Stevenage the other day.
She has extreme problems with her feet, ankles and legs.
She struggles to get any footwear which she can get on or are comfortable
It was actually becoming a real concern, would she end up even more housebound just because of a lack of footwear.

I was extremely impressed with the service, time and help that we received at Walkwel in Stevenage.
They listened to all the problems, made suggestions, and fetched shoes for her to try on.

She ended up finding a pair of shoes that she could get on by herself and were comfortable
For me, she now has a sturdy pair of shoes, with decent grip, that will hopefully help prevent falls
They are comfortable so therefore she will wear them. She still has some independence as she can put them on herself
All things that cause issues/concerns which you do not realise until you are in this position

I would therefore highly recommend Walkwel Stevenage.
