It is a fantastic and friendly store, I couldn't recommend going enough, the podiatrists there have been there for years and are great at their trade, also the store manager and her shop assistants are good people, alway happy to help everyone and kind and caring of the elderly that came into the shop while i was there.

I would like to thank the very helpful young man that assisted me on Saturday 14th. I have had chronic pain from fallen arches for a few months and the pain in my feet had become unbearable.
He kitted me out with supports for my new shoes that I had perchased there and gave me all sorts of useful advice including the excercises that I should be doing.
This is now only a day later and I have followed all his good advice. I feel like a new person! The pain is minimal already. I also had pain in my hips that I didn’t realise was related to my feet, and that is going too!
I would recommend this establishment to anyone that cares about their feet!
I also have to say that they had a lovely selection of shoes!

I went to this shop two days ago I have never met such rude staff in my life I’m the younger one was abusive to an older Indian couple absolutely shocking treatment then decided when they left to tell other people there waiting for treatment I actually felt so upset for them then a women got angry because shows weren’t in the right place actually had a go at a customer who didn’t even pick up any shoes an elderly woman 😬so when it came to my shoes the woman moaned and groaned because I wanted to try them on I could hear her complaining when she was going to get them I ended up walking out I’ve done customer service for a very long time and Il be honest the 3 members of staff that day should be removed from their jobs they are dealing with a lot of the older generation who are frail I’ve never been so disappointed in anyone or anything it’s as simple as this what I witnessed was a form of bullying i certainly wouldn’t shop there again

If I could give zero stars I would! I encouraged my husband and son to both book appointments with you to treat their verrucae - your website states "CLINIC TREATMENT: verrucae can be treated in a number of ways during a routine podiatry treatment, and some stores also offer Swift microwave therapy". On booking the appointments, my husband clearly discussed their requirements, i.e. verrucae removal. Imagine their surprise, part way through the treatment to be told that you don't treat verrucae. They were told to just go and buy some clear nail polish to paint on them. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME! Thankfully they agreed not to charge either of them for the appointments (husband had been part way through, but son's appointment not started). MAY I RESPECTFULLY SUGGEST THAT YOU CHANGE YOU WEBSITE TO MAKE IT CLEAR THAT YOU DO NOT TREAT VERRUCAE. And if the simple solution is to just put clear nail polish on them, may I suggest you a) put that on your website and b) inform your staff so they can explain this the next time someone tries to book an appointment for verrucae removal.

Well what a pleasant surprise. I've been suffering with foot pain for five months, post injury. I have seen two private podiatrists/surgeons about the issues. I have had to miss training sessions and dog walks. Currently waiting for x-ray results. I limped in to Shuropody, had a free consultation with Jess, 30 mins later I danced out of Shuropody! This is the first time I have walked pain free for five months. Jess (aka J.E.M.), you are an angel. There are no words that can truly reflect my thanks. Lorraine, thank you for all the advice. I got home from my visit to you guys and walked my dog! Happy Christmas to all. I WILL see you both in January for a follow up.

First time and last time order from them.
I ordered from their website over 3 weeks ago now and only received 2 pairs of shoes!
Called them over a week ago now and was told the shoes are being sent out to now be told a week later that they’re unavailable!! I paid £4 delivery to wait for a pair shoes for over 3 weeks and now to have it refunded. I am fuming. I have not been compensated for the time they wasted.
