Pendle Chiropody Clinic

Turned up to my afternoon appointment (after making the 45 min journey and booking well in advance) to be told I should of received a phone call in the morning as my appointment had to be cancelled due to staff sickness. I never received a phone call nor did the member of staff attempt to fit me in that day, even after me explaining I was there to make my feet look nice for the holiday I was going on the following day!) staff sickness is understandable but to not even try and attempt to squeeze me in for a shorter service or notifying me earlier on in the day so I could of tried to get in elsewhere, when it was their fault was disgusting and letting a paying customer down at such short notice is unacceptable. Bad service, do not recommend!

I cannot speak of this clinic highly enough. I’m extremely grateful the clinic is open to look after people like myself during such difficult times.

I was very anxious to go anywhere due to the pandemic but was in excruciating pain. I am so glad I chose this clinic. The covid protocols are fantastic. The clinic was easy to find, parking was convenient and the pricing is amazing. Staff are extremely warm and welcoming and made me feel at ease immediately.

My clinician took me through every single step clearly explaining his diagnosis along with the treatment plan. I was also given aftercare advice which has worked wonders. An absolute professional who is extremely knowledgable.

I have been to other Podiatry clinics over the years but this has set itself above and beyond with its excellent standards.

I can not thank the podiatrist enough at the clinic for seeing me at such short notice for my ingrown toe nail. I have had this problem for a while and now I feel 100% and this is all due to the amazing podiatrist staff at the clinic. The clinic was covid friendly and I would highly recommend.

Given my trade and how I am always on the move! I really neglected my feet really badly!! I HAVE TO GIVE HUGE CREDIT TO THIS AMAZING PRACTISE AND CLINIC! Had the lazer treatment on my Achilles heel, was unable to walk far due to the pain and have been limping, but after four treatments I am now able to walk without a limp and no longer in pain. Highly recommend this treatment, its a win win, will not be disappointment. Staff are really helpful, friendly and very professional.

Class 4 MLS Laser Therapy.
Long suffering knee problem, cleared out fifteen years ago but seemingly not bad enough to be considered for replacement I was struggling to walk more that four miles, even with strapping on the knee. After a suggestion that I should try four sessions of the cold laser treatment the improvement has been considerable, probably 90 - 95%. It has surprised me and I would certainly recommend it to anyone.

Had a biomedical assessment after struggling daily with feet, knee and hip pain. Used a heal fix kit & exercises and my knees are pain free. Heals and hips much better. Very friendly and accommodating. Good, clear advice given and I’m so glad I sought advice and generally feel less like I’m 90 !

I got checked up by the podiatrist for my feet which is very insightful in regards to my flat feet and insoles . The service was excellent, very clean and professional service by the team at Pendle chiropody clinic! I really recommend the clinic for any foot care complications
