I find all staff very polite and friendly.

I have Been seeing Osteopath Shane for a few weeks for an ongoing hand/shoulder problem. Shane is very supportive and explains what is happening at each treatment. I go away happy with exercises which are helping.

I would definitely recommend Shane and The Centre.

Osteopath Shane in The Centre (Old Harlow) was recommended to me by a friend who got help for her back pain. My treatment there has been very successful. It is the first time for long time when my back doesn't cause me trouble. Shane is very professional and always explains everything. Atmosphere in the clinic is pleasant, staff are helpful and welcoming.

Amy has just treated my 10 year old daughter for an ingrown toe nail. I'm really pleased with the service we received. I booked online and managed to get an appointment within 48 hours. The man at reception was very friendly and professional. Amy was great with my daughter and really put her at ease. Amy was able to treat my daughters toe there and then which was helpful with regards to time off of school. The price they charge for an appointment is very fair, its only slightly more expensive than a pedicure at a salon! We would definitely return should we have any other foot related issues! Well, after suffering for the best part of a month with what I though was a corn and after having failed to stop the pain with various gadgets, one like a miniature angle grinder, and off the shelf potions, I finally decide (or, rather, my wife decided), that proper action was needed.

I got an appointment at The Centre within four days.

I confess to being a tad concerned as the lady approached my bare feet with a scalpel but, in truth it was a painless experience.

I was shown one of what turned out to be four corns excavated from my left foot and could immediately see the reason for my pain!

So, after removing one corn from my right foot and giving both a quick service I was able to walk, painlessly, to pay the bill. Bracing myself for a charge of dentist-type proportions, £46 came as pleasant surprise.
