Oh my good I can't thank Riverside foot care enough I was in terrible pain in my big toe this morning I could hardly wear shoe .Simon you are a life saver thank you so much for seeing me as an emergency. Thank too Mrs Coe . Cant praise you guys enough .Just simply.

My partner came to remove a bunion to be removed was told by a guy he would need to come back for several times to have this done as they can't remove completely. So he had the 1st one done the problem wasn't fixed and causing him severe pain as because its still there, he booked an appointment after but was running late as traffic, so he rang them to warn the staff, the receptionist was very abrupt and said well that's not good enough, which was terrible service, she then said if he wants to rebook he has to pay in advance. He felt upset and disrespected by the woman receptionist. Very unprofessional. He doesn't want to come back by the treatment he recieved from the receptionist.

Would Not recommend, receptionist was rude and argumentative for no reason at all. Walked out. I was asked to wear a mask which I did and sat waiting to get called in, however, your receptionist continued to call me irresponsible for not having a mask on, I walked out because I’m not there to be abused by your receptionist. Clearly she’s rude cause having just read another review your receptionist seem’s to have an awful attitude and clearly no idea how to talk to customers. I have absolutely no issue with wearing a mask and this as you very well know was not the issue, so please do not make it out as if I had an issue wearing a mask.

I wanted to visit a local Chiropodist and called in this morning to make an enquiry. The receptionist was not very welcoming, in fact I would say offhand. I felt very disappointed with her attitude and think I would feel uncomfortable having to face her again. It’s a shame as I would prefer to stay local rather than having to travel further afield.

1st visit to a chiropodist and very impressed with level of service and customer care and very easy to talk to, recommendations were great too have booked next visit
