Superb care and attention to my toenail issues. Dr Penny is very patient, careful and caring yet thorough. She is brilliant at putting me at ease during our appointments, and I am always so happy and relieved after visiting.

Everything is spotless and clean: all the podiatry tools come individually sanitised and sealed for each client, and during the appointment and her work on my toes, she regularly sprays anti-microbial onto my feet as well.

Even the reception/telephone staff are friendly, efficient and brilliant. Everything here is seamless, I can’t recommend it enough.

I booked an appointment and saw Tom. I was very happy with the appointment and subsequently booked nail surgery with him in September. I was advised I would need a day or two off work. I duly booked time off.
I then had a call to say Tom would not be available for that date after all and the appointment was rebooked to October. For this I rearranged my time off work and rearranged a planned trip with my husband.
I have now been contacted again to say Tom is not available after all for that date in October. I would need to rebook and again rearrange my life and time off work.
This to me is not good service at all and I now need to find time off for an appointment somewhere more reliable, pay for another consultation, and yet again rearrange time off work. Not to mention having to be in constant pain for even longer.
Not at all happy with the (non) service (not) provided

Dominique the receptionist was absolutely wonderful, if only other healthcare provider's had such welcoming and helpful front of house members. Liam squeezed me in as an emergency and his level of knowledge was impressive and extensive. I can see why they have so many 5 star reviews!

My Experience with Thomas to have a ingrown toe nail removed was in every way possible the most pleasant & smooth process it could be. I was extremely nervous of the anaesthetic injections. I communicated this with Thomas and he ensured me with such confidence that I would be ok. I must say the pain I felt was similar to that of a very well done blood test with a tiny bit of pressure; Thomas is an extremely talented & gentle injector… thomas took the time to inform me of the procedure/the aftercare and what to look out for to ensure I had the knowledge to further reduce the chances of infection but also so I would know what’s just normal. During the procedure I felt no discomfort what so ever and the process was finished fairly quickly. I cannot recommend Thomas enough. I had two experiences with another podiatrist at another clinic and unfortunately I really wish Thomas was the first podiatrist I encountered as it was a totally different experience in every way.

If your dealing with foot & nail issues please please visit Thomas you will really be in safe hands & you won’t regret your decision.

I have an aversion to getting my feet looked at or touched as they are incredibly sensitive and ticklish but I got a shard of glass in my foot that became embedded so I had to get it out. Matild and the team were amazing and sensitive to my phobia and also how important it was to get the glass out as I couldn’t walk. It was removed painlessly and I am thrilled. A lovely experience even given the circumstances. Highly recommend.

Christine Yau is amazing. When I was told my consultation was to be on line rather than in person I was worried that the podiatrist would not be able to diagnose my problem very easily, but I was completely wrong. Christine diagnosed a weak ankle as the reason for a couple of recent falls and gave me a set of exercises to strengthen it. I did them every other day as instructed for 6 weeks and the improvement in strength and stability has been phenomenal. I am much more confident that it won't give way again now. Absolutely recommended!!

I had an ultrasound on my foot here and the experience was very helpful. The podiatrist clearly explained the images on the screen and helped me understand them. He also gave a clear indication on the next steps to take

Comprehensive assessment with the attention to detail. The center uses a software to support the right decisions and actions. Highly skilled professionals. We saw Penny who was amazing and dedicated. I also consulted Liam in the past who was very friendly. It is always a pleasant time to be there. I strongly recommend this podiatry clinic.
