I went into the clinic walking with care as my feet /toes were giving me trouble
The young lady (Rosemarie ) that greeted me was very professional and friendly at the same time . She explained what she need to do and then set about doing it .The result ? well I felt i was walking on air (and that's something for a person that got his pension two decades ago !)
All I have to do now is to work out an excuse to go back very week ! Very well done Mrs Weiss Thank you

Excellent service, and I always come away feeling very well informed and looked after. I had a stubborn, nasty verruca which disappeared completely after only a few treatments and my feet are now in excellent condition. I strongly recommend a visit!

My partner went for a consultation and treatment as she has a few visible issues with her foot (dry skin, nails that are noticeably dark or completely black compared to healthy nails and hyper-pigmentation on foot). After making a point of being worried about the dark nails she was reassured everything on her foot was fine and this was due to compression of footwear. As she's black she reiterated that the discolouration was abnormal for her and again reassured everything was fine (advised on treatment of dry skin, that's it). Upon returning home and treating her nails with fungal treatments (as she felt unheard in the consultation), her nails are seemingly getting better but far from fine as assured by the podiatrist. It seems there either wasn't a frame of reference for darker skin tones or genuine concerns were being dismissed. At £60 per consultation this is not a cheap appointment and my partner is greatly disappointed as she left untreated and undiagnosed. This has affected her confidence trying to seek treatment elsewhere as historically she has avoided doing so for these exact reasons. Last but not least I would encourage this podiatrist to have more references of people of colour when it comes to skin and nail discolouration in reference to fungal infections and other ailments.

I would like to caviat that the podiatrist that treated my partner was personable and respectful, but fundamentally my partner left untreated and frustrated.

I made an appointment as my feet are struggling - too much running plus general wear and tear. I was genuinely impressed by the care and expertise shown by Rosemarie. After a clear diagnosis, I have been provided with treatments, exercises to undertake, and ideas to take forward. Knowledgeable and thorough. Genuinely helpful. No hesitation in making a recommendation to others.

Very friendly and professional, toenail removed without pain, feet and nails treated and maintenance advice given.
Would definitely recommend and will follow up with regular appointments to maintain good foot and nail health.
