Went there for an ingrowing toe nail today. I received a very professional, efficient and at the same time highly sympathetic care. My problem was dealt with painlessly and I was given the correct advise for the future. I recommend their service unreservedly.

After my visit and my review I have been called by the owner of the place who was concerned about my bad experience. I had another appointment and was treated by her. Excellent professionnal and good work. I was happy she took care of me and she was concerned about what I went trought. I believe the person I saw the first time is not working there anymore. Excellent service provided by Ealing Podiatry. I have tried other podiatrists in the area but none come near the service I received. Professional and informative, gave me advice on how to care for my feet to stop issue arising again. I would recommend Ealing Podiatry to anyone looking for treatment.

I visited Ealing Podiatry with an excruciatingly pain full ingrown toenail. The treatment I received was first class and thoroughly professionally carried out. Rosemary sorted out the problem and also made the intense pain go away , I left there a different person . I would highly recommend Ealing Podiarty the service I received was amazing and great value for money.

This place is great, Stephen is a knowledgeable professional who took away 6 months or more of pain in 10mins. I cannot thank him enough, I almost ended up paying lots more money to healthcare companies that wasn't necessary. Credit to his profession, thank you. :)

Booked an appointment , took time off work … got there and they were closed … not sure why they would book me in if they aren’t open. Nobody answering the phone … basically a waste of my time .. thanks guys.

I had an appointment booked at 10am today but could not attend due to ongoing terrible traffic because of the issue with the limited petrol. I spoke to a lady who said I could not book again until I paid £50 for the missed appointment as I did not give 24 hours notice.

How could I anticipate the terrible choc a block traffic this morning 24 hours ago!!?

A bit of understanding would have helped here rather than recieving attitude, as I did want to rebook!!

Maybe training in a little understanding and good customer service would help your business, and also to become more modern in today's world than still accepting cheques and cash only.

Pity because I thought on 1st impressions the place sounded ok but obviously not.

DO NOT BOTHER USING this place as they do not have any form of compassion and understanding and simply want your hard earned money even without providing a service
