I booked an appointment because I had a very painful corn on the bottom of my foot. Karen was very kind and removed it. I can honestly say that for the first time in a while my feet do not hurt!

Awful experience. I went with an ingrown toenail that had resulted in granulation tissue, she only removed part of the ingrown bit of toenail and I was told it would heal then. A few weeks later I phoned her because there was absolutely no change or healing and I had paid her £37 for this, she invited me back and she then removed the other bit that should have been done at the first appointment and then tried to charge me another £37. She was very rude and argumentative when I explained I wasn't paying twice (a total of £74) for something she should have done in the first appointment.
