The Reception Staff were professional and kind.

The Hearing Care Assistant was also very professional and understanding.

This was the first time I have attended the clinic and would certainly highly recommend it.

I've had two sessions with Tom on my feet. Both times I've come away feeling great and literally walking on air. He takes time to explain what he is doing and what may be wrong with your feet.
The staff are lovely and helpful and the clinic is beautiful and airy.

I was suffering with a foot injury from running and the team at Nantwich Clinic were really supportive in starting to treat this for me alongside some physio. Tom is very good at explaining things in a way you can understand and also putting you at ease, which is really important when you’re in discomfort and looking for reassurance. They are always caring and friendly when you go to the clinic.

This was my first visit to Nantwich Clinic. I found the building and surroundings first class. The staff were very professional in every aspect, friendly, very helpful, coffee was a nice touch. If I could make a suggestion, a sign halfway up the drive would help, to guide drivers to the back of the building as I was unsure where to go as it looks like a private drive. Obviously after one visit it’s no problem but I think a small sign with Nantwich Clinic with a arrow underneath pointing the way may ease confusion.

Having received a diagnosis for MND my wife was desperate to find help with some of the symptoms with this condition. We contacted The Nantwich Clinic on arrival at reception we were welcomed and offered refreshments.Using the facility is an absolute pleasure with ample parking, safe access for wheel chair users plenty of space to move around with very comfortable seating.Nothing is too much trouble ,members of staff are kind, thoughtful and always cheerful. After an initial assessment my wife was offered various treatments to help with her symptoms. Rosiemae has been responsible for assessing the needs of my wife and has been instrumental in providing the various treatments.We cannot thank the clinic enough for the services they have provided in helping my wife at such a traumatic time.A very professional service by every one at the Clinic . I would highly recommend The Nantwich Clinic for a level of expertise and treatment

Excellent service provided by Tom and his team ever since my daughter and I have attended The Nantwich Clinic. Tom is such a lovely person and made our daughter feel really at ease before, during and after her recent foot surgery. The surgery itself was done brilliantly and we are very pleased with the result.
I have also had treatment by Tom and was extremely pleased with his manner and expertise and the treatment outcome.
