I wrote a glowing review in June last year as I was suffering with a couple of irritating corns and quite a bit of hard skin and found the foot clinic treatment spot on! I started to feel a corn developing again but this year found the podiatrist cut into my foot at the site of the corn and then again on the side of my other foot making the areas bleed. I didn't think much of it as I was not sure this wasn't part of the process but both feet were really sore and tender for a couple of weeks. When the pain from my corn hadn't subsided I asked for a follow-up appointment. I was there for 10 minutes, found the podiatrist to be rude and impatient to leave and was then charged the full rate again!! I won't be going back!!

My son had a REALLY bad case of veruccas on his feet. Multiple batches across both feet that were there for over a year before I found out. Home treatment methods failed. We attended an appointment and the doctor was super helpful and reassuring that he could help, he even started the laser treatment there and then, which was not painful (according to my 13 year old son). He said the one treatment might be enough but to come back for another in a few weeks if in doubt. We did, with just 2 treatments both his feet were completely clear within a month, we went back a 3rd time to have this confirmed (no charge). ASTOUNDING! My son is so happy and can continue sports etc without being self conscious of his feet.
I would have been happy to pay hundreds to get this resolved for him.... it cost us £80! Ridiculously cheap.
I would recommend this surgery to everyone and anyone, they know what they are doing and have the right equipment to get things done.
They've also just had a renovation and the premises/surgery are very nice and super clean!
Thank you!

I was in Northampton to visit family and spontaneously popped into the clinic on the way. I was given an appointment at short notice whereby I was added to the end of the scheduled appointments, I was very impressed with the customer service.

The owner Dermot was very professional, he diagnosed my issue and provided the necessary treatment to my complete satisfaction.

I would definitely revisit this clinic in the future and would highly recommend it.

I arrived for my appointment, the podiatrist, Mr Fox could barely look up, he was extremely unfriendly and when he was filing my nail I jumped as was sore , he was very grumpy and said “Don’t do that” seriously bad bedside manner! I have now luckily found an excellent podiatrist. Won’t have to go there again !

I've visited the clinic and I wouldn't recommend it as I didn't feel like the pricing is reflecting the service. You can get better service online and more information without paying £45 for 5 minutes.

Hope the service will improve.

My daughter attended for an ingrown toenail. We decided to take the surgical option. I found Mr Fox to be totally unapproachable, his personal conduct was appalling and his demeanour made the whole appointment incredibly uncomfortable. I appreciate he has a job to do and that he needs to concentrate and he isn’t there to make friends, however, being a professional isn’t just about your work skills.
When administering the anaesthetic to my daughters toe, I noticed blood coming from the bottom of her toe. It transpires the he had pushed the needle right through her toe, dispensing some of the anaesthetic onto the floor- this only came to light when I got home, my other daughter saw this happen. The actual procedure itself was very painful and Mr Fox instructed my daughter to say if it was painful, which she did. He asked how much and she said very. He continued to work saying he was nearly done and to bare with him. I appreciate this meant he didn’t need to administer any more anaesthetic, however, if the first dose had been administered correctly, this would not have been necessary, nor would the pain my daughter endured.
I am actually very upset that my daughter was put through this as I don’t believe the procedure should have been as painful as it was.
From reading the other reviews and responses, I am very aware that Mr Fox refers to the serious nature of his work to explain how he comes across. This is not an acceptable justification and I would urge people not to choose Mr Fox as their practitioner.

Daughter had an appointment last week turned up no one there rang to be told it couldn't be done and rebooked for today. Turned up no one there again rang to be told couldn't make it. No text or phone call either time as stated and total waste of time and poor service
