Highly recommend Peach Chiropody in Stafford. I have been visiting them for several years now and can not fault the service. Friendly and pleasant staff. Clean and welcoming environment. My feet always feel amazing. "Like walking on clouds"

Firstly; the Chiropodists are extremely professional & lovely, no bad words to say about them.
Sadly I will now have to find another Chiropodist as I don’t want to deal with the rude receptionist.
I had an appointment at 8am. I did not make this appointment due to being clinically extremely vulnerable & testing positive for covid. I became ill enough for the 111 service to call an ambulance & have paramedics check me over. My wife called just after 8am to explain my absence & apologies. At 9.20am the reception called to say you missed your appointment & didn’t let me know. I explained I am very ill with covid & was with paramedics at 8am but my wife had already called. I was told that no she hadn’t called, I again explain the situation again & said that she had. Again I was told she hadn’t & could I get my wife, which I did. She was then accused of lying also & had to reassert twice more that she had indeed called. After some back & forth the receptionist finally conceded my wife had called but it mustn’t have been her my wife spoke to, but did my wife know who she spoke to?
My wife & I don’t appreciate being accused of lying & once it was established that she had indeed called the call was terminated. It might have been nice to have then apologise to me, wish me well & ask do I wish to rebook. Sadly (genuinely sad as I like the team otherwise) the answer now is no, I will find somewhere else thank you!
