Took my 11 yr old son and they were fantastic. Professional and friendly they put him at ease before the surgery and the after care has been just as good. Highly recommended.

I attended this practice for an ingrowing nail. This is possibly the worst if not the worst Podiatry practice (Feet & CO) I have ever been to. Firstly I did not even see a Podiatrist I saw Yvonne Ince whom is a Foot Health Practitioner this was not explained to me at all when I booked the appointment initially. Secondly I Paid £52 to see a Foot Health Practitioner not even a Qualified Podiatrist and the price to see a Podiatrist is also £52 why should I pay £52 to see a Foot Health Practitioner when for the same price £52 I could have seen a actual qualified Podiatrist. Finally Yvonne had no idea in regards to controlling my infection in my toe or what antibiotics I should use. Basically in all a cowboy business ran for profit. No regards for patients or their health all they are concerned about is £52 fee. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!
I will be reporting this business to trading standards and the local authorities.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Tony the head practitioner was helpful and informative throughout. The insoles that I’ve been given have eased my knee and back pains straight away and I’m finding it much easier to now do exercise. 10/10 couldn’t recommend more!

Why would you go anywhere else!? I’ve been visiting Feet & Co for many years now and I’ve never had a bad experience! Unfortunately, due to playing many sports at a younger age, I’ve had multiple problems occur over time and each of those has been dealt with individually and effectively. 👍👍👍

Couldn't recommend this place highly enough. Tony was professional and he knew exactly what my issue was from my first consultation. After years of trying to figure it out. I am now pain free.

[Edit - see end] Ideal place if you're comfortable with the idea of insoles for life, whether they are suitable for your issue or not.

I had a pleasant (albeit expensive) consultation, yet the testing methods and conclusions didn't seem to relate to what I was actually experiencing.

I didn't understand why I was being told I would need insoles for life when I'm only in my 30s and I was likely experiencing an exercise injury in one foot, rather than generalised gait issue. (Life long subscriptions to expensive customised insoles is a great business model for them! Not for me.) I wasn't convinced they had an idea what was wrong and were instead trying to sell me their standard offering. It felt like a 'cookie cutter' consultation, not a personalised investigation.

I've since gone to someone else who understood my issue, has experience treating it and I have a plan for how to treat it without the need for insoles. (If insoles would be the only treatment, I'd be open to it. But it seemed very unlikely.)

Maybe Feet & Co can treat other issues very well - all I know is that I was surprised how they couldn't address mine directly. They seemed on the outside like the ideal people to go to.

[Edited to add:] Original review was from an appointment in September 2020. After seeing a physiotherapist I've regained the use of my foot and pain disappeared after a few months. 2 years later, no issues. Very glad I didn't end up with expensive insoles for life! [/Edit]

For 10 years after a foot operation I was unable to run and very apprehensive/nervous of walking anywhere. This affected my confidence and lifestyle enormously.

Mr Eaton at Feet & Co has changed all that . Just over a year ago he very patiently listened to my history and sorted out insoles for me which I can wear in my normal trainers etc. I had tried insoles before but they previously had little effect.
I am now running again, walking as far as I want to and planning to tackle Snowdon next week.

I wear insoles most of the time but not all the time as the advise given was practical and took into consideration my lifestyle.

Mr Eaton I cannot thank you enough.
