Camomile

I having been having my feet done at Camomile for the past 3 years. Sharon and Marion are extremely knowledgeable and professional, yet the clinic is a happy and friendly place to attend. Their new premises are highly functional and have allowed them to expand their range of footwear and feet products.

I have had nothing but the best treatment from them and hope to continue to do so for many years to come

Having an appointment with Camomile Feet Company is a wonderful experience! Sharon and Marion are extremely knowledgeable when in comes to problems with feet and within a matter of a few minutes can transform a sore pair of feet to a pair of comfortable and happy feet. I can't recommend them highly enough!

it is extremely important to seek foot treatment from fully qualified professionals and this is the place to come!

Although they were quite cheap and my verruca was cured, the attitude of sharon and her daughter was totally unprofessional and appalling. At first they were very nice but i was given no privacy and towards the end of the treatment, they were very bitchy. I would definately not recommend them. Go elsewhere. In the end you pay for what you get.In reply to the owners statement. I came to your original shop on South Street. The cubicles were open and your daughter did work there. My review is true.

Not recommended try some one else for on going treatment.

Had previously used this company for my son, was an ok service, they knew what they was doing, unfortunately, we had to go back for the same toe, my appointment was today at 1.30, arrived early, was told on arrival The clinician wasn’t there, we waited until 1.42, again the clinician hadn’t arrived, they called her, she was at home, and wouldn’t be coming back for my appointment....we couldn’t believe it, how unprofessional not to contact me to advise and then leave me in the shop waiting, if this how they want to operate there business and lose customers, then off you go!!

We won’t be returning, I did tell the ladies in the shop how we felt, they didn’t seem to care, I’ll take my business elsewhere. The girls did assist but I could have done that myself And saved petrol parking and time.......not what I’d paid for, appalling service, appalling customer experience.

Avoid.

TRIED TO SELL ME FOOT MANIPULATION TO THE TUNE OF APPROXIMATELY £500 FOR 'FUNCTIONAL FLAT FEET' (which doesn't even exist, especially when I DON'T HAVE flat feet!)

I originally went in with painful feet with lumpy bits on top of foot and ankles, and lumps on heels. I was told the above by the owner (what Marion doesn't know about feet isn't worth knowing, apparently!)
I eventually got referred to Ilkeston Hospital where I was informed I had osteoarthritis, bone spurs and verrucas! She missed the whole lot!

If I'd not gone to hospital, she'd have fleeced me for whatever I could have afforded (£35 a session I was told - and I'd need many!!) for useless treatment and possibly made my feet worse!

Beware!

Sometimes my feet hurt if I haven’t been for a few weeks when I leave my feet feel refreshed
