Foot Therapy

Great when you can get an appointment.

Called a couple of times recently and found the reception staff to be rather unhelpful when suggesting appointments. It is almost "we are busy deal with it" type of attitude.

Excellent service and aftercare would definitely recommend.

Because I suffer from an collapsed foot arch with knee and foot pain, I decided to pay a visit to this place to see what they can do for me. About a month ago I booked an appointment with russ who’s an podiatrist, who works for foot therapy and he checked my foot and confirmed that I do have collapsed arch on my left foot. After the appointment russ said I’ll email you some stretches that will improve the arch of your foot. Ive been checking my emails constantly everyday and I have not received anything, plus I don’t know what he’s done but, when he pressed on the tender part of my foot I constantly keep getting pain in that area. I’ve also been phoning foot therapy every week, and the unhelpful receptionist said I’ll tell him to send it to you and she’s failed to understand that it’s been a month now and this is unacceptable something should be done. I am now gonna look to get my £30 that I paid for my consultation, because my reason for going there was for relief of my foot condition which I did not get.

Have been going here since it opened. Jags is brilliant and very caring nothing is too much trouble.
