I previously was getting really severe knee pain which had reached the point where fell walking was no longer enjoyable. Visited Sidas Podiatry and they diagnosed the problems with both my gait and feet. I was given some exercises and bought some custom made insoles and within 48 hours my pain had reduced by 95%. Within 1 week pain free and able to walk 12+ miles in the Langdales. Very good value for money and they are not expensive. I was pleasantly surprised how cheap these personalised insoles were compared to the off the shelf ones I had foolishly tried! Wholeheartedly recommend to anyone who gets pain on walking or running. After months of pain in my hip and latterly knee decided to visit the Clinic for help.
Terry made me feel very comfortable and listened to my history of pain and exercise.
He assessed my structure before diagnosing what was causing my problem. Treatment was given and heel supports and resistance bands for recommended exercises.
I am extreme,y hopeful that my pain will be less severe in time with further visits.
I am so pleased that I visited the Clinic and would recommend anyone with similar pains to make an appointment and get help.
