Absolute Footcare

The whole family get treated at the Broughton Clinic, but my 98 year old mother goes regularly every 3 weeks. It is an outing that she looks forward to.
All of the staff are so lovely and patient with her, especially since she is slightly hard of hearing.
She usually sees Lee who is gentle and considerate.

Lee always goes above and beyond, he is so kind and caring - nothing is to much trouble.

Mum recently needed an urgent appointment and Lee fitted her in the next day - excellent service, can’t recommend Lee enough!

I attended the clinic a few months ago to have a steroid injection in my knee, I had been in pain for a long time, even though I was hesitant to have the injection , it was the best thing I could have done and now a few months on I am pain free and enjoying dancing and walking again

My Dad is 88yrs old, is diabetic and has Parkinson’s. He lives alone since Mum died 3yrs ago and We live in South Wales so currently he is in his own a lot. Vicky started doing his feet & hands a couple of months ago and last month I had a call from the clinic saying they think Dad had an urine infection. He hadn’t said anything to me on the phone but thanks to the clinic giving me the heads up I was able to arrange for his Doctor to see him. They were spot on & antibiotics cleared it up! This month Vicky made sure my Dad was comfortable, had a coffee, helped him with some food as well as doing his hand & feet. This is totally above and beyond! What an amazing lady, the whole family can’t thank you enough for the kindness and care you have shown to Dad.

Vienna was kind, knowledgeable, and did a great job. She took the time to answer all of my many questions in detail. I was in a lot of pain prior, all good now! Thanks!
