I went to see Suzanna after struggling with plantar fasciitis for over 2 years.
After the first treatment involving Trigger Point Acupunture, I am delighted to report that my right foot was instantly better.
I subsequently had a further 2 treatments for my left foot and alongside some exercises that were recommended have also resulted in a dramatic improvement.

I felt I must reply to "Annie Nomynuous", such a disappointing response and unfortunate that she is unable to provide contact details to allow the appropriate follow up.

As a member of the team - Osteopathy - I am extremely proud of the systems we use when dealing with any communication. Things have had to change dramatically due to Covid, telephone calls take much longer and a new system has just been installed making additional phone lines available.

Our reception team have been trained to a high standard and are well aware that they are unable to answer certain questions and pass those requests immediately onto the appropriate practitioner.

We all offer initial telephone consultations - which are free of charge - to fully discuss any concerns.

Annie, I do hope that you have been able to find a suitable solution to the problem your partner has. But despite the review you gave us please do contact us if you need any further assistance. This is a difficult time and
many are struggling with pain.
