Kentish Town Police Station

I have attended to report a crime incident and the service of the police officer has been outstanding. Very kind and friendly, providing a perfect explanation/feedback of the following steps/actions. One of the most positive experiences that I have had with a public service in this country

Myself and my friend recently visited London to celebrate my friend's 50th birthday. After spending a night out in the centre of London we made our way back to Kings Cross where our hotel was located close by.

Unfortunately we got lost trying to locate our hotel. However, we were lucky to be able to ask for help from two of your officers, who not only made sure we were safe but actually gave us a lift back to our hotel.

They showed a true caring side and were good humoured in their desire to help people when it was needed. They are a real credit to their profession and we would like to thank them wholeheartedly for kindness and professionalism.

Free bed and breakfast + room service. Great place to crash out at if you've had one too many WKD Blues. Recommend the All day breakfast although it's rather salty for my liking.

Staff are friendly and will escort you too and from your room plus will ensure your property is nice and safe.

Room is a little plain but it has an ensuite toilet.

Totally would recommend.

Yesterday-One of the days I would not want anyone to experience. Was shaking from head to toe.

This is the worst experience I ever had with metropolitan police. I need a police registration certificate urgently and I arrived at Kentish Town police station around 4:20pm with my face mask. As soon as I arrive at the police station and said my purpose for visiting. The black officer lady said to me immediately go home not even until I finished my words. I tried to explained to her that I need it urgently for my visa application. She is still turning me away by keeping saying they won’t do anything for the certificate because of the COVID.

Then I said how can I said to the immigration officer, she said just told them we can’t do anything because of the COVID. They don’t even have a number I can call to confirm whether I should make an appointment beforehand.

Reassuring to know you can be knocked off your bike, then threatened by multiple youths at a local address. No action from these police. Little wonder we are surrounded by gangs acting with impunity.

This is the worst police station I have ever been to. The Ghanaian woman in front desk is absolutely rude, lacks empathy and condescending. She is unfit to help assaulted civilians. The passing by officers are extremely dismissive, they don't want to help anyone. The metropolitan police is becoming a joke. You don't help people who have been assaulted then what are you here for? Don't go into this station if you value yourself. Very unhelpful

Horrible horrible service for paperwork, you can not even ask a question. The lady is so rude. We are human being, but I felt like I am insulted here as a human being. Don’t go there for any case. Good to know I am not the only one.
