nice clean cells and they do a nice fried english breakfast . what more could you ask for.

I called the property office today to enquire about a passport that had been lost and the officer who dealt with it was wonderful. He took his time, he was exceedingly polite and he looked in every conceivable department to try and locate it.
I was impressed with his patience, his professionalism and his thoroughness.
Police forces throughout England and Wales could do with more officers like him.
Thank you once again, officer. I wish I could have remembered to ask your name or badge number so that your superiors would become aware of the good work you're doing.

Friendly officers, very gentle when they arrested me, the cars are roomy too. Overall 10/10 would get arrested by them again.

the police officers were very helpful and i was able to speak to understanding people. i would rather be here getting help from the staff because of their patience poilteness and ability to help members of the public.

Very welcoming, kind good humoured and understanding staff . They restored our faith in the British police!

Having checked in at reception I was met by friendly staff who spoke very good English.

I was shown to my room in a timely manner but this is where things started to go down by hill.

Room 8,
The room was dated, a single bed in this room and a poor mattress, I had asked for a double bed when the booking was made but 🤷

The bathroom was in much need of a revamp, no toilet seat, metal push buttons for the flush and a poor drying facility.
Plain white tiles and grey floor so very basic.

No TV in the room, no phone, no fridge with complementary drinks, the towels were clean but well used im afraid.

I also asked for a view but the best I got was frosted glass overlooking a car park I think.

Noise from other guests throughout the night didn't go down well and I did complain.

I briefly left my room at one point but couldn't find any facilities worth talking about.
No gym, no entertainment, no sauna 👎

The food wasn't too bad to be honest, the full English was nice and warm, coffee and tea when asked for, lunch was sandwiches with a choice of evening meals.
No alcohol I'm afraid but plenty of soft drinks.

Not a bad experience but could do with some tweaking here and there.

Not a repeat for me I'm afraid.
