Unhelpful in the extreme. Went in to report a failure to stop at the scene of an accident and had to point them to the relevant legislation myself. Certainly service with a scowl, aggressive demeanor and generally rude. When your average Joe knows more about the law than those we employ to uphold it then we're in a mess!

Awful experience.

I had a fall in NN4, 2 officers came to my assistance, made sure I was ok. Helped me replace my shopping. Thank you R & B for your assistance and concern.

A lot of meaty mullets used to hang about here. Not sure if they still do. I will keep an observation eye on them and tell you if they return anytime soon.

Worst communication, unprofessional staff 😒

Using the non emergency line is a complete waste of time.
You try to do the right thing for the benefit of the community and what do you get when you call? Endless recorded messages that you don't need to hear then when you get to speak to someone they leave you on hold as you wait to speak to someone you hope can help. After over 10 minutes on hold I gave up, but then, maybe that's their tactics.
