Hertfordshire Constabulary (Watford Police Station)

Called to complain on the 101 number regarding issues with rowdy youths causing a nuisance on my property when asked what would happen if I made a citizens arrest I was told there is no such thing in the UK I don't know who was on the other end of the telephone but they clearly do not know the law as a citizens arrest is perfectly reasonable under UK law it would appear that the police are not knowledgeable regarding the laws they swear to uphold...remarkable.

Going through a bad time. Causing no trouble scared and crying I called for help ended up with busted ribs black eyes smashed arms court cases solicitors fees and a year now of no sleep eating and scared and upset more than thought possible.. dont ask for help here. trust me im living a life sentence now so they can hide there crimes DISCUSTING.....

Walked in in person to find out about getting into the police as the website said visit your nearest station. Wasted 15minutes to get told to go online..... time well spent.....

I didn't believe with all the things they have to do that they would put the effort into creating a petty thieve that stole items from the doorstep om my house in Carpenders Park. Turned up quickly took licence plate details and entered onto there system. The suspect went through camera down by Bushey Arches and bingo. Everything returned but more important he knows that the Law is watching.

Refused to take lost property,told me to trace owner of purse myself and hand back,left it on their counter and legged it out of police station !!!

They refused to take any action against identity theft. ‘Advised’ me to search for a help online….

I call to report a serious accident after 6 min on the phone the agent note that is passed 7 min from the accident and there is nothing to do (after been on line for 6 min) and on top of that they told me to call the 101 I been on the line for other 7 min and the told me to call the emergency number and after an other 5 min of waiting the agent said that is better if I give up. So if something happens pray that is not that bad because the police will never came
