Room was clean plus ensuite, bit noisey at night. Room service available at no extra charge, food isn't great it's all microwave meals. Will provide a clean set of clothes but only in grey. Bed not very comfortable and the blanket was a bit rough. Staff are polite and come to check you are okay. Not bad as short stay hotel!!!

Food was absolutely awful, and on the plus side, All charges dropped, win win I'd say.

Children smashed my car, neighbours called the police on 911 while the children were smashing it. They never came out. I called 911, they told me that the police will come out shortly. Waited 2 hours. Called 101. They put me trough Gwent police. They told me they wont come out, but some1 will call me shortly to book an appointment to go into the police station. Waited two hours for the call, nothing happened. Called them again, now they asked me to book first a phone call appointment and then I should go into the station. Draw your own conclusion.

My partner was taken into custody, they held him there for OVER 24 hours, didn’t feed him the whole time and didn’t give water until after constantly asking for it for 3+ hours. I’d happily give no stars. Disgusting behaviour.

Tried to get hold of my daughter in custody. They wouldn’t give me any details at all. Very poor communication which they blamed on data protection. My daughter suffers from mental health problems so I should be allowed to speak to her !

Why not directly engage individuals with antisocial behavior? Because anyway, the employees of the department hit the citizens, without any problem. This is the typical behavior of cops who consider themselves above the law. Specific behavior of the countries in which the dictatorship is established. This is how you see it from France.

All seem pretty reasonable here on my visit for photos!
